Audio to Post

Convert voice notes, interviews, or meeting recordings into structured, SEO-optimized articles in seconds.

WP-AutoInsight uses advanced transcription technology to “listen” to your audio files and then passes the text to the AI to write a formatted blog post based on the transcript.

Step 1: Enable Audio Features

Before using this feature, ensure it is enabled in your settings:

1. Go to WP-AutoInsight and click the Media tab.
2. Click the Audio sub-tab.
3. Toggle “Enable Audio Transcription” to ON.
4. Select your preferred transcription language (Default is English).
5. Save your settings.

Step 2: Upload Your Audio

You can use any standard WordPress upload method:

• Go to Media > Add New.
• Upload your audio file (MP3, WAV, M4A, or WebM).
• Once the upload is complete, click “Edit” on the file.

Step 3: Transcribe & Create

On the “Edit Media” screen, you will see a new button in the sidebar or bottom panel:

1. Click “Transcribe & Create Post”.
2. The plugin will first transcribe the speech to text.
3. It will then automatically trigger a post generation job using that transcript as the source.
4. Once finished, a link to the new Draft will appear.

Technical Limits

• File Size: Maximum 25MB (Standard API limit).
• Supported Formats: mp3, mp4, mpeg, mpga, m4a, wav, webm.
• Language: Over 50 languages supported via the settings dropdown.

Note: Audio transcription requires an OpenAI API Key, even if you use a different model (like Gemini) to write the actual post.
