Bulk Generation

Save hours of work by generating dozens of high-quality articles at once from a list of keywords.

How it Works

The Bulk Generate tool is located in the Content > Bulk Generate sub-tab. It allows you to queue multiple generation jobs that the plugin will process sequentially.

Step 1: Provide Keywords

There are two ways to provide your topics:

• Manual Entry: Type or paste your keywords directly into the text box, one per line.
• File Upload: Upload a .txt file containing your keyword list.

Step 2: Configure Bulk Settings

Before starting, you can choose specific parameters for this batch:

• Content Template: Choose which prompt pattern to use for all posts in this batch.
• AI Model: Select the provider and specific model (e.g., GPT-4.1 Mini or Claude Sonnet).
• Draft Only: For safety and quality control, all bulk posts are automatically saved as Drafts.

Step 3: Execution & Monitoring

Once you click “Generate [X] Posts”, the plugin will begin the process:

1. The tool will count your keywords and update the button label.
2. A live progress log will appear, showing each post as it’s being “Queued,” “Running,” or “Succeeded.”
3. You don’t need to keep the page open! The plugin uses background jobs to finish the work even if you navigate away. You can monitor progress from the Dashboard or the Generation Log.
