The Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home base in WP-AutoInsight. It shows you what is running, what just finished, and whether your providers are healthy — without digging through settings.
Every time you open WP-AutoInsight, you land here first.
Automation Status
Section titled “Automation Status”The top-left card tells you whether scheduled automation is active and when it last ran.
- Interval: Shows the current schedule (None, Hourly, Daily, or Weekly).
- Last Run / Next Run: Timestamps so you know if the schedule is actually firing.
- A “Configure Schedule” link goes directly to the scheduling settings.
If scheduling is disabled, this card will say so with a link to enable it.
Quick Actions
Section titled “Quick Actions”The top-right card gives you one-click access to the most common tasks:
- Generate Post Now: Triggers an immediate generation job using your current keyword group and settings. The job runs in the background — no need to stay on the page.
- Go to Bulk Generate: Shortcut to the bulk generation tool for larger batches.
Recent Activity
Section titled “Recent Activity”The center section shows your last five generation jobs at a glance:
- Status: Queued, Running, Succeeded, or Failed.
- Source: Whether the job was triggered Manually, by the Scheduler, from a Bulk run, or from an Audio transcription.
- Model: Which AI model processed the job.
- Result: A direct link to view or edit the generated post once it’s done.
For a complete history of all jobs, click “View Full Log” or go to Content > Generation Log.
Provider Health
Section titled “Provider Health”The bottom section summarizes the status of each connected AI provider:
- Verified: The key was tested and working. The timestamp shows when it was last confirmed.
- Stale: The key was verified more than 24 hours ago. It is probably still working, but the plugin hasn’t confirmed it recently.
- Failed: The last health check returned an error. Check your key in Connections > API Keys.
About Card
Section titled “About Card”The bottom-right card shows the currently installed plugin version and links to Documentation, Support Forum, and GitHub.
